Sweet Corn Surprise with Green Pesto

  1. Cook some cobs of corn until al dente and drain.
  2. Add 2 TBS of Super Green Pesto with 1 TBS of extra virgin olive oil to the pot and swirl until well coated.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes and some freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish with some additional pesto poured over.
