Simple Harissa Sauce Potatoes

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into chunks. Boil until cooked, then dry in cooking pot.
  2. Add to the pot, some chopped fresh Coriander and Spring Onions cut on a diagonal plus 3-4 TBS of Harissa Sauce.
  3. Swirl around to coat and serve in a warm serving dish.
  4. Great to accompany steak or any bbq meat combinations.
