Small scale production makes it possible to give the best care to the olive trees, picking at the point of perfection and milling within 24hours.
These unique conditions create this fresh, fruity, very low acidic oil—which has a clean, grassy herbal character, undertones of fresh apple and artichoke—and a soft finish on the palate.
