Harissa Sauce Flavoured Couscous

  1. Seal couscous into a serving dish with hot veg stock, covered with cling film. Leave for 10 mins to steam cook.
  2. Add 3-4 TBS of Harissa Sauce and fork through the couscous to keep it fluffy.
  3. Garnish with a drizzle of sauce and some freshly chopped coriander.
  4. Use as an accompaniment to your dish of choice or as a base for roasted veg.
