Dressing – combine the following ingredients 30g Super Green Pesto 1 clove Garlic, finely chopped 2 x Tbsp. EV Olive Oil 2 x Tbsp. of toasted Pine Nuts 3 large Baking Potatoes or Sweet Potatoes EV Olive Oil Sea Salt & freshly milled Black Pepper Green salad ingredients of choice.
